Labor Day adventure

This Last week end was labor day in which we all know. Well we made our annual trip to Lava Hot Springs Idaho where we go camping with some friends . We were heading out and adrianna forgot her shoes so we had to turn back becasue. A kid can't go camping without her shoes. Then we get up to Lava and went Swimming at the swimming pool the first day which was way awesome. Then the next day we went to church.That evening was when the real adventure happened. we were all playing out side when we looked up at the clouds and decided it was time to run I ran with the kids in the tent and Alan was out side holding the tent up, in 70 mile per hour wents. we did this until finally we could fight it no longer the tent poles broke. So we all got out of the tent and set took it down. The rain came tumbling down and down and didn't stop when we finally decided to take down.Everything in the tent was soaking wet. Alan asked me if I wanted to go home and I said heck no I didn't want to end our trip early and one of the other people in our group who had come up late and wasn't able to get there tent set up found a hotel room in the town up called soda springs. We Decided to goup there also. I'm so glad we did we stayed in this wasy retro hotel with a way hard bed but it was warm and dry. The next day we went exploring around soda spring and it was way awesome. it will definetly be a new tradition when we head to Lava we also need to take a trip to soda. It was definetly an awesome adventure
